At Equip-Sys Pte Ltd, we pay utmost attention to the consequences of our actions. Even as a Small-Medium Enterprise (SME), we believe in the significance our practices have on our employees and the environment.

Employees Welfare:

In our company, we recognize the importance of every employee and treat every employee justly regardless of race, language, or religion. We also recognize our employees’ efforts and celebrate their contributions by having overseas trips, team bonding sessions, and bonuses whenever possible.

Our employees’ general wellbeing is also of great importance to us. We provide welfare benefits to all employees and have an open channel of communication where employees can voice their concerns or feedback directly to management.

Societal Welfare:

Paying it forward is a value our management team believes in. Every year, we make it an effort to contribute back to the society via monetary donations to various charity organizations. We hope to be able to continuously help those in need find their footing in the community.
